In September 2020 I was diagnosed with Advanced Stage Melanoma. In a matter of 2 weeks, I had major surgery to remove my existing cancer from multiple spots and 7 lymph nodes from my system. I never saw this coming and this made my life change in more ways than I could have imagined. I was taking medication for PTSD and other psychiatric issues. Having such a major surgery I had to slowly begin to stop taking some of them. I have been on a mission of healing before my cancer in hopes that one day I may not need them anyway.
